Get To Know The Satanoff Employees

By July 27, 2022August 1st, 2022Agency News

Here at Satanoff, we are proud of what we do for our customers and equally as proud of our employees. In this week’s blog, we will celebrate our employees that make one-on-one relationships with our customers a reality by having each member of the Satanoff team share some of their hidden talents or fun facts.

Our Entertainers

Chris D is our own very office musician. He is a solo music artist, and he prides himself on being able to write a good song. When we asked if there was any other fun fact info he wanted to fill us in on, he just wanted to stress again that he really likes music!

Who said that a gymnast party trick doesn’t double as an employee fun fact? I have never been the gymnast type, but our vice president, Rebecca, has some skills to reveal. It is an accomplishment for anyone to do a cartwheel, but Rebecca took it one step further and can do it one-handed!

Before college, Sharon used to train, ride and show horses. She plans on getting back into everything equestrian at some point, but like most of us, she finds it hard to find space in her rather busy schedule.

Interviewing people can be a fun fact in itself and enriching, and one of our team members gets to throw music and editing content all into one mix! Our employee, Brandon, interviews bands in his free time for his youtube channel.

Our other Chris in the office, Chris A, has a hidden skill that could take him right into the circus. Chris can juggle, and as easy as it may look, I have tried before, and it is no easy feat. If you are anything like me, you may only dream of juggling, and maybe one-day coordination will be in my favor.

Our Gurus

Who said it was hard to be a boss and maintain tech necessities around the agency? While Lee enjoys the longevity and meaning of the relationships he has built in the insurance industry over the years, he works hard to keep our technology in the office up and running. We consider him our in-house IT specialist. Of course, that is after he has his morning coffee first.

Breaking 100 in golf is an accomplishment, no matter how experienced the golfer is. Joe’s fun fact is that he can break 100 in golf, a milestone that every golfer relishes while increasing their golfing skill set.

Our marketing coordinator, Kaitlyn, is a multifaceted, talented individual. While she can certainly market and successfully brand our agency, she is also a licensed esthetician. Calling all people in the office if you need your makeup or skin perfected, perhaps Kaitlyn is your go-to girl.

Our adventure seekers!

Enjoying the great vibes at the office is easy, but adventuring outside the office is easier. Many people say those who skydive are fearless, and I couldn’t agree more. Our employee, Stacy, is one of the courageous individuals that has been skydiving! Conversely, I am one of the many who is immensely scared of heights. Cheers, Stacy, for taking the 14,000 feet plummet like a champ.

Sean likes to go jeeping, kayaking, motorcycling, and camping. We asked him to share a secret with us. If he shared a secret with us, he said, “Well, then it would not be a secret.” I guess we can confidently say Sean is the only one on the team who knows what a secret is and can keep it!

Have you ever played foosball, or what I have always known as the tabletop version of soccer? I have always found the game fun but never imagined you could be a semi-pro player. Alex’s fun fact is that he used to be a former semi-pro foosball player, a fun fact for sure.

Fun Facts Too Good they Can’t be Categorized!

Matt is one of our new employees and is our in-house historian. If you ever need to know about a U.S. president, Matt has got you covered. He knows every U.S. president in order. If anyone wants to know the chronological order of our head of states over the decades, Matt is your go-to guy!

College degrees can help you when joining the workforce, even if you do not end up doing what you got your degree in. Our employee, Jeff, received his degree in exercise science and a minor in business. Jeff is great at what he does as an agent, and he continues to prove that he has what it takes for the insurance industry.

Regular reading is one of the best things you do to increase the connectivity of your brain. Our office bookworm, Caitlin, is an avid reader. She typically reads about five books a month.

Jamie loves animals and used to foster for an animal rescue, but her true hidden talent is parallel parking. I would go as far as to say that perhaps she should write that as a resume skill rather than a fun fact. I mean, come on, I would hire her! How many people can parallel park these days?

Meeting people happens organically every day, but it is these people we meet who can have such an enormous impact on us. One of our agents, Brooke, met the owner of the Satanoff Agency in a surprising way. She met Lee on a coed soccer team, and the rest is history concerning her time here at the office.

People who bring snacks into the office have a special place in my heart. Rebekah supplies us all with our fix of chocolate. She supplies the office with m&m’s and, interestingly enough, has four different flavors on her desk right now.

We Appreciate our Employees

Our collaborative and fun team leads us as an agency to continue growing and progressing as a company with new and innovative ideas daily. Each of our agents is a true asset to the Satanoff team and makes our work culture what it is today.
